Hi, I'm Neriah Lothamer and this is a picture of me back in 1951. I was born part of the American Boomer generation and was a flower child, grew up, had children, became a visionary activist, and video/audio recorded the alternative culture for over 35 years. I learned first hand about abuse and dealt with anger all my life. The war in Iraq and my father's death inspired me to write these reflections about humanity and the evolution of consciousness in our world today. I have found that the external bully is nothing compared to the inner tyrant we all harbor.
